Hira is a data scientist at the ROCKNHub. With a background in AI and machine learning built through hands-on experience across diverse real-world projects, she now brings those skills to marine science — applying computational approaches to coral reef research. Working extensively on IBEX, KAUST's high-performance computing cluster, she tackles complex ecological datasets across a range of projects. She is driven by the question of what data science and AI can unlock for our understanding of marine and coral reef ecosystems.
